We will focus on a variety of raw and cooked dishes that are flavorful and nutrition packed. Included in this series is a class on Nutritionally packed coffees and elixirs to balance your mood and energy throughout winter and into spring.

Elaina will discuss the foundation for an anti-inflammatory diet and why it’s important to replace grains and sugar with healthier options. Learn the art of making delicious sauces with your blender. From Coconut curry paste, Red bell pepper remoulade, Green goddess sauce or dressing, Ranch dressing/dip, Asian Fusion sauce for your stir-fry, Zoodles, or steamed veggies.
