I will show you how to make breakfast, lunch, dinner and everyday snacks that will nourish you for years to come. We will focus on a variety of raw and cooked dishes that are flavorful and nutrition packed. Included in this series is a class on Nutritionally packed coffees and elixirs to balance your mood and energy throughout winter and into spring.

Elaina will discuss the foundation for an anti-inflammatory diet and why it’s important to replace grains and sugar with healthier options. Learn the art of making delicious sauces with your blender. From Coconut curry paste, Red bell pepper remoulade, Green goddess sauce or dressing, Ranch dressing/dip, Asian Fusion sauce for your stir-fry, Zoodles, or steamed veggies.  Sauerkraut and vegan sushi- The ART of making the easiest and fastest kraut (no smell, no fuss, no muss) It's my tried and true closed system method that will never mold and is so fun and easy. Come and have a hands-on experience of making your own kraut. Followed by a knife skills demonstration then hands-on sushi rolling (keto friendly) we use jicama "rice" instead of real rice and vegan "salmon" using sprouted almonds, carrots and lots of other tasty ingredients. $60$60 or $50  each for 4 classes, $45 each for 8 classes
